Refunds and make-up sessions
Refunds for membership donations will be made upon requiest. Refunds for training workshops will be offered in the event the Network cancels a training session. Workshop registrations are otherwise non-refundable, but are good for one year.
If you need to reschedule, or for any reason are unable to attend your workshop, you may enroll in the same workshop at any location, anytime over the following 12 months. You may also designate someone within your organization to attend in your place. If you know you'll be unable to attend your workshop, please let us know as soon as possible. Most workshops are sold out well in advance, and timely cancellations allow us to make room for others wishing to enroll.
If you're registering for a make-up session, or want to allow someone else to attend a workshop in your place, please fill our the online registration form, and indicate in the comments box that this is a make-up, or is a transfer of your paid registration to someone else.
